The images above show the Apache AH-64 Longbow. Digital reference materials were gathered on base at
Middle Wallop - the home of the Apache in the UK. The SEPT-R software is designed so that all the aircraft
can be started up, flown to a different area and then landed and shut down. The model has fully a functional
nose cam which when enabled delivers a picture in picture view on the instructors control screen, it also
includes swivel, and zoom functionality. (Click here to see more detailed shots of the Apache)

  .

The screenshots above show areas within the 'field' environment, the main farm buildings and hard standing,
on the right is the command post area with vehicles and tents masked by the tree cover. The images below
show more detailed areas including; the under-slung load cargo net
(right), bin bag F.O.D. on the hard-standing
in the farmyard, the bowser refuelling area
(top left), the maintenance area (btm left) and the command post
  with officers
(btm middle).

The two main aircraft featured in the SEPT-R software are the Apache AH-64 Longbow and the Merlin EH-01
both shown below. The software allows the instructor to modify the scenario so that the aircraft can be swapped
for an alternative, this flexibility adds to the students training experience as they have no idea what they will be
marshalling until they actually see it.
