Hanover International Hotels

In 1999 Maelstrom produced an architectural PR / Sales application for Hanover International Hotels. The software was designed to demonstrate the training facilities available at their sites and to show that Hanover are operating at the cutting edge of technology. The program allows users to walk around inside and outside of the hotel, and they are able to see the facilities on offer as well as the surrounding area.

The application is a perfect example of how the technology can be used to assist in the sales and marketing of new developments, be they hotels, apartments, houses or other projects where customers need to see what the finished construction will look like.

Allowing potential customers to walk freely around the virtual building and see the main features such as décor, layout, views from balconies etc. is an effective and powerful sales tool, creating a real feeling of individual service.

It is also possible to allow them to personalise the room/building by giving them a range of layouts or décor which they can change and review in real time, finishing up with their own unique and personalised piece.
