< Return to previous page                                             the applications   Dromaeosaurus - ( Running Reptile ) Dromaeosaurus was a small but very active dinosaur. It was a little like Velociraptor in that it had a special sharp claw on its foot for attacking other dinosaurs. Dromaeosaurus was smaller than other creatures of this type, it was only 1.8 metres long from nose to tail. This small little dinosaur lived in Canada in the Cretaceous Period which started around 144 million years ago and lasted up to the Palaeocene period 80 million years after.   Habitat Information The Dromaeosaurus will be surrounding you on all sides, you can wander up to them to take a closer look. The Dromaeosaurus will slowly work their way through the forest to where the T-rex is eating some prey. And once the T-rex confrontation has occurred the Dromaeosaurus will move in to try to grab a bite of the remaining T-rex's kill.
