(developed 2006) Due to the successes of the previous two VR sites developed for Prologis (Kettering & Newbury), Maelstrom were commissioned to produce a third - the Crewe Basford-East site. The site features 3 large sheds and also 4 office block developments.	.
		Prologis are constantly looking for new and more efficient ways to construct and deliver high quality distribution parks and logistic centres. Maelstrom's VR software is used as an aid to demonstrating the features and specifications that are included on the site, this makes it easier for the site developers to take prospective tenants on a tour of the development long before braking soil.
