< Return to architecture page                                      the applications   Cassidy Group - New residential development - Coventry. (developed 2008)   Due to the successes of the Finbarrs project, The Cassidy Group again commissioned Maelstrom - but this   time it was to produce a residential development local to the Finbarrs site. The plot is being developed by the   Cassidy Group and currently has up to 30 houses of varying size.	.
		The original purpose of the VR program was to deliver an accurate representation of the housing development   for both external (shown above) and internal aspects. The interiors include standard fixtures and fittings and   have been complimented with modern furnishings to help give a real sense of scale.     Included in the spec are all the gardens and security gate protected rear passageways. The gardens all feature   the correct fencing, paving, garden shed's, waste bins, trees and plants where specified. Also featured is an   apartment block (bottom centre) which is located to the rear of the estate and has 14 apartments spread   across 3 floors.
