Budweiser True Footwork
The images above show various
aspects of the software. The stadium featured in the software in closely
based on the new Wembley Stadium - London, clicking on the stadium images
will open a page of screen shots showing views from around the ground. The
new menu system is also featured, its design not only shows integration with
the hardware interfaces but also illustrates how the users data is entered.
The in-game section shows views from each of the game modes, tutorial,
practice and main play.
How to
play:
Each
player uses the step mat interface as the main control mechanism for the
virtual player seen on screen. By running on the two blue sensors for a
period of 5 seconds this generates the shots power, then at 0 each player
selects one of the 5 forward 'shoot sensors' in order to strike the ball -
the shoot sensors are positioned around the player in an arc, so that the
player can choose a direction in which to strike the ball. The players
shot accuracy us governed by the amount of power versus the exact moment
they pressed the kick sensor. Each player must then strike the ball at the
exact same time as the timer reaches 0 - early or late strikes result in
inaccurate shots.
